Baode Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers consists of stainless steel corrugated channel plates brazed together at every contact point with copper to provide the best heat transfer efficiency and pressure resistance. Channels are formed between the plates with the corner ports arranged so that the two media flow through alternate channels in opposite directions.

Baode Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers have several advantages over traditional heat exchangers. The high heat transfer efficiency, makes them extremely compact and lightweight, providing easy installation where space is limited. The units have no gaskets and are therefore suitable in applications where temperature and/or pressure is high.

Insulation Kit Included

The Baode heating insulation for Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers are easily assembled and dismantled. The heating insulation provides protection from the heatpack and keeps the climate in the operating room dry and not too hot. Baode heating insulation is expandable thanks to the mould design. By adding layers it can accomidate any number of heat exchanger plates and be fit for a varitey of different connection locations.
