Thermax 20 Year Solar Pool Panel Warranty

Northern Light Solar Solutions Inc. (NLSS) warrants to the original owner, their Thermax Solar Pool Collectors to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of eighteen (20) years from the date of installation. If any solar collector should be found to be defective due to faulty materials; and NLSS Inc. is notified within thirty (30) days of the discovery of such a condition, NLSS Inc. will replace or provide parts to repair such panels subject to the following conditions:

CONDITIONS:

1. NLSS Inc.’s obligation hereunder becomes effective only if the warranty is registered within thirty (30) days after the date of purchase by the owner. This Limited Warranty goes exclusively to the original owner and is with respect to the original installation only. Registration can be done at this link Thermax Solar Pool Warranty Registration.

2. The owner has notified NLSS Inc., or its authorized agent in writing or via email of any defects with the materials covered by this warranty.

3. Costs of shipping are the sole responsibility of the owner, when replacement parts are shipped to the owner, or when a panel is returned to NLS Inc.

4. Installation has been performed in accordance with NLSS Inc. installation instructions and the expressed procedures for winterization and summarization are followed.

5. This warranty does not apply to conditions resulting from failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, or to conditions resulting from repair or alteration that changes the original product design or for uses that the product was not designed for. Abuse, neglect, accident, or acts of God will void this warranty.

6. The Limited Warranty excludes the cost of labour to remove or replace any defective solar collector or installation of replacement parts.

7. This Limited Warranty does not cover consequential damages such as damage to your home, loss of time, inconvenience or loss of use of the solar collectors or any incidental expenses resulting from any breach of the express warranty.

TERMS OF WARRANTY:

NLSS Inc. will either repair, replace or provide replacement parts to repair the manufacturing defect in the solar pool collector, provided you pay to NLSS Inc. the difference between the suggested retail price of the materials at the time of the warranty claim and the prorated portion of the original suggested retail price according to the following schedule:

IN GENERAL:

NLSS Inc. makes no warranty as to the performance of its solar collectors. Components other than solar panels are not covered by this Limited Warranty (ie. Pumps, Controllers, Piping, Valves and related components are not covered by the 20 year limited warranty). The express warranty obligation set forth herein shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the defective parts related to manufacturing and NLSS Inc. will not be liable for consequential damages sustained in connection with this material. All other warranties expressed or implied are void.
